Not merely a screw stopper
The main focus was placed on efficiency during the development of the SL and SK screw stopper series. A screw stopper has to be quick and easy to use and safe.

manageable and flexible
Kiba screw stoppers can be easily mounted manually or with different tools. Use a slotted screwdriver, a Phillips screwdriver or a hexagon spanner head for safe screwing and unscrewing of the screw stoppers.

The newly designed geometry alleviates the insertion into the threaded hole.

Sealed is sealed
The additional sealing edge under the head seals the borehole and prevents fluids and dirt from entering or leaking out.

A time saving of up to 50 %
The SK screw stopper with a reduced thread pitch of 2.5 saves approximately 1.3 seconds screwing time per plugging action without influencing the function of the screw stopper. When 1.000 screw stoppers are mounted manually up to 30 minutes assembly time can be saved compared with the usage of screw stoppers that are commercially available.

A material saving of up to 20 %
The protection of the environment and the effective use of resources is for us a matter of course. For that reason our developers have reduced the amount of material required per screw stopper by up to 20 % without losing any stability. This saves material and transport costs.

The standard material polypropylene (PP) guarantees the use of the Kiba screw stoppers over a wide range of temperatures. Types made of polyamide (PA 6) and polyamide 6.6 (PA 6.6) are available when temperatures are higher or when there are special chemical stabilities.
